Meet the team

Co-Founder/Director

Ava Abraham is a rising freshman at Rice University. She plans to major in business with a concentration in finance. Ava has a heart for giving to others through  volunteering her time and cooking skills. Ava has won numerous awards for her business and analytical skills. Ava loves to read, sew, and hang out with her friends.

Co-Founder/Director

Hannah John is an incoming freshman at the University of Texas at Austin. She plans to major in nursing. She has won numerous awards in choir within district and regional competitions throughout her high school career. Along with singing, Hannah loves to dance and travel. 

Director of Design

Alexa is a freshman at 

Shadow Creek High School. She is in all advanced classes in school and participates in UIL competitions. Alexa loves to sew, paint, and draw.

Director of Communication/Secretary

Alana is in a coordinated BA-MD program at Brooklyn College and SUNY Downstate. She is president of both the Global Medical Brigades and Desi culture club at her school. 

Globally, Alana has participated in several medical mission trips including Panama and Belize. Alana loves to read and sew. 

Treasurer

Kelsie is a senior at Baylor University currently pursuing a law degree. Kelsie is active in her sorority. In her spare time, Kelsie loves to sing, listen to music, and give back to others.

Board Member

Christine is a rising senior at Fordham University on the pre-law track. In her spare time, Christine enjoys reading, hanging out with her friends, and travel across the world.
